The last autumn days in our paradise

news and plant relocation - Part I

Inzwischen hat sich auch in unserem hinteren Garten wieder etwas getan. Als erstes ist vor einigen Wochen unser Efeu aus dem Vorgarten umgezogen.

Da wir dieses schrecklich verlegte Regenwasserrohr abdecken wollten haben wir zuerst einige Klettergestelle gebaut, an denen der Efeu hochwachsen soll und die Rohre dadurch nicht mehr sichtbar sein sollen.

Dann wurden einige der unteren Äste der Linden entfernt, damit etwas mehr Licht auf die Rasenfläche kommt.

....zur Freude von Kijani, der sich dann sofort verstecken musste.

Um eine andere Linde wurden einige Stauden gepflanzt.

Dort stehen jetzt Farne, Akeleien und Gedenkemein.

Bin schon auf das Ergebnis im Frühjahr gespannt, wenn alles so richtig angewachsen ist.

Außerdem sind vier Zwergrhodedendren aus dem Vorgarten umgesiedelt worden.

Hier nun das Endergebnis:

Die rot blühenden Rhodedendren stehen jetzt etwas versetzt neben dem dort schon stehenden großen Rhodedendron und dem Vogelhäuschen.

In den Vordergrund habe ich noch Lungenkraut und Immergrün gepflanzt.

Nachdem dort alles stand habe ich festgestellt, wie schön doch noch ein Sitzplatz dort da hinter wäre - ein Projekt fürs nächste Jahr.

Natürlich sind wir noch weitergekommen mit unseren Arbeiten im Garten Eden.

Zwei Lebensbäume aus dem Vorgarten sind inzwischen hier auch angekommen - in der Hoffnung, dass sie auch angehen werden.

Der Natursteinweg ist endlich fertig geworden und der Anfang für ein großes Erdgesicht ist gemacht. Darüber aber mehr beim nächsten mal.
