Spring in the Garden of Eden

After the last few weeks, in which we have distributed tons of shredded material in the garden of Eden, now go to continue working.

Who needs a Tablet?

Hi,

a somewhat provocative title, I know. I was inspired by an article on Caschys blog where it is also using it for and then goes from Tablets.

CeBIT 2011 is over and you have the impression that it sold no more normal PCs and notebooks. Tablets everywhere and Apple guru Steve Jobs has his disciples now also brings the iPad2. What is it about this cute instruments that should be the moment to have, to be hip? This question must of course be answered for himself. I have made to current events and even a few thoughts.

Since I rarely buy something from the gut, the first time I weighed the pros and cons.

disadvantages (jailbreak I leave time before the outside):

After much back and forth, I was against a tablet and a vile 10.1 " Samsung Netbook decided in standard. How boring now some of you might be saying. True, I answer then, but functional. This time the pros and cons of my Samsung netbooks as I see it.

advantages
- normal Windows 7
- fast start-up from sleep mode
- it runs standard Windows software, even freeware or open source
- long term (measured up to 8 hours)
- no spoon-feeding by App Store
- upgrade easily (I have also 1GB made to 2GB)
- real multitasking
- keyboard (a little smaller but usable)
- fully configurable
- many connections (USB, VGA, SD Card, LAN)
- 250GB hard drive
- good price (with additional memory only 270 €)
- very handy
and easy - good and bright screen (matte)
- easy to change the operating system, when I feel like.

Disadvantages:
- no multi-touch screen for cleaner
- virus scanner necessary
- touchpad a bit small, but I have a mouse until now not needed.
- No Will-I-also have effect on other people

The unit meets all my requirements. So I have my found Tablet replacement. This is not wrong to come off. I want to make anyone iPad worm. Each sets different priorities and should decide for themselves. I will not rule out that I might not but at some point buy a tablet. Who knows what the future holds. I wish you all a lot of fun with your device that fits hopefully to you.

Google hat den Speicherplatz (1GB bei Freeaccounts) in den Picasas-Webalben quasi erhöht. Bilder die kleiner als 800 Pixel sind und Videos die kürzer als 15 minutes are not deducted from space. This also applies if you use the Picasa Web Albums storage for your photos and video blog. Unfortunately there is still a damn whether you, like me, Blogger (Google) or any other blog service.

I used Picasa Web Albums (the software) very happy, because it perfectly adequate for the presentation of my photos (see above). The only requirement is a Google Account. The walk is not necessarily associated with a Gmail address. Anyone who has a different email address, does not have to necessarily create a Gmail address for it.

When the sun shines again everything looks quite different ....

Nach vorne sehen - genau das ist jetzt meine Devise, denn an dem was geschehen ist kann man sowieso nichts mehr ändern.

Außerdem setzt sich jetzt im Garten Eden die Natur durch und die ersten Schneeglöckchen stehen jetzt in voller Blüte.

 Inzwischen habe ich mich auch an diesen Anblick gewöhnt und wir werden das Beste daraus machen.

Bei blauem Himmel und Sonnenschein  kann man diesen Anblick doch viel "besser" ertragen.

The destruction of Paradise - Part 2

Diese Woche - am Montag ist es geschehen - die Linde wurde gefällt.

Leider war sie wirklich krank, da Regenwasser hineingelaufen sein muß und der Baum von innen her faul wurde.

Trotzdem war es ganz schrecklich für mich ihn stundenlang beim Sterben zusehen zu müssen.

Die ersten beiden Bilder habe ich aus unserem Bürofenster gemacht. Von dort kann man erst einmal richtig das Ausmaß des riesigen Baumes sehen - der Holzfäller ist dort oben in den Wipfeln kaum zu erkennen.

Hier habe ich etwas gezoomt.

Dann hat es mich aber nicht mehr auf dem Bürostuhl gehalten und ich bin erst einmal nachsehen gone.

Ich glaube so müssen sich die großen Bäume gefühlt haben oder noch fühlen.....

Hier wurde gerade die Eibe abgesägt.

I am with nearly 10 years fotocommunity.de. This is the biggest forum for discussion of amateur and professional photographers in Germany. According to recent figures, it is said to have over 1,000,000 members. Yesterday, at our photography master table, we had once again talk of it. Then I remembered that I had seen somewhere in the fotocommunity even a much smaller number. Therefore, I have checked this.

The garden season 2011 is opened

Yesterday we have opened quite unexpectedly, the new gardening season.
